We went to Edisto Island and then the mountains for a total of almost 6 weeks.  Right before leaving Elijah, Grace, and I all came down with strep throat.  Sigh.  Anyway, that’s why he looks so pathetic before we left.  This is before we left, Edisto Island, and the car ride to the mountains.  I must say that we did MUCH more than stay in the condo the whole time.  I guess he just thought that nothing else was camera worthy…mainly because he needed his hands to play!
